The nuclear power industry, receiving a $50 billion bailout from taxpayers, (see Stop the Nuclear Bailout) has been on a promotional blitz promoting the interests of the nuclear power industry. Come to the event and ask questions. For more information about why nuclear-power is not a realistic policy for our energy future download the book, Carbon-Free and Nuclear-Free:A Roadmap for U.S. Energy Policy or read the Executive Summary: Special issue of Science for Democractic Action.
