The Hampton Street Emergency Shelter, run by Cooperative Ministries, will be open every night this winter, beginning on November 10.
The doors will open 6:00pm and close at 9:30am. An ID is desired but not required for access to the shelter. Food is served in the evening and bagels may be available in the morning.
Volunteers are needed to help sign in guests, prepare food, distribute blankets, clean up, and visit with the guests. To volunteer at the Shelter, please contact volunteer coordinator/Emergency Shelter Director Mike Lee at 803-240-9482,
