There will be a planning meeting for people interested in planting at the Rosewood Community Garden.

When: Tuesday March 4, 4pm
Where: 1100 S. Holly St., behind the Ben Arnold Center.

Please join us if you are interested in planting there, or else call if you can't make it.

Call the office (803-I-GO-CPRC) and leave a message if you would be interested in 1) amending soil and planting blueberries on a Saturday; 2) interested in planting with the children in the front flower garden for a couple hours after school M, T, or Th.

Thus far water catchment is still the water source for that garden, which worked for the squash but not the tomatoes last summer. Some of the herbs are still there and the greens Lewis (?) planted in the winter are still growing.

We will have separate meetings later on about 1) planting at the Edisto Court Garden and 2) interest in the third annual children's summer workshop with the Boy's & Girl's Club.
