On Wednesday, April 23 at 7:00 pm, Geshe Dakpa Topgyal will discuss recent developments and human rights issues in Tibet. The event, which is sponsored by the Amnesty International chapter at USC, will be held in Gambrell Hall 153 on the University of South Carolina campus. Admission is free and open to the public.
Geshe Topgyal, a monk from Drepung Loseling Monastic University in India, currently is resident teacher of the Charleston Tibetan Society and spiritual director of the South Carolina Dharma Group in Columbia.
