Toni Jones is one of the organizers of the African Awareness Workgroup. She sends this message: Hello, Everyone, who has supported my efforts to feed and provide medical care for the people in the Guinea neighborhood into which I was so warmly welcomed and protected during the brutal military crackdown last year: My neighborhood was the Ratoma district mentioned in this article. The people who treated me like family now do not eat everyday or only eat one low-quality meal a day. I am sorry to bother you with yet another article about Guinea, but I am compelled to do so by what I saw with my own eyes. Please read this article and pass on the information to others. If you want to make a donation for the purchase of rice for the people of Ratoma, I have contacts on the ground there who can make sure that food is distributed to those who need it which is almost everyone. My cell: 803-260-6486. Thank you for reading. Peace, Toni http://www.afrol.com/articles/29290
