This Constitutional Coffee Hour will feature the second annual review of recent decisions of the Supreme Court.Prof. Josephine Brown of the USC Law School will be talking about the last term highlighting cases concerning Habeas Corpus at Guantanamo, voter ID requirements, and challenges to the death penalty and the right to bear arms. Graham Boyd, Interim Executive Director of the ACLU in South Carolina, will bring us up to date about the ACLU in the state. Coffee and snacks will be served. Co-sponsored by the Carolina Peace Resource Center, American Civil Liberties Union, and the USC Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
