There has been some confusion about new reactor proposals -- in part because one group of corporations working together as the "NUSTART" consortium were considering multiple sites, and got more press in some areas than other concurrent activities... so please look at the ful llist, and note that NUSTART is only responsible for two of 11 different new reactor plans. Yet another plan by Progress is under way to put a new reactor in Florida, that is not reflected in the linked document.
