Congressman Joe Wilson (R) is holding a town hall meeting in West Columbia next Wednesday. He is asking people to come and express their opinions on immigration reform.  They will be allowing comments in the form of questions from the audience.

Please plan to attend this event (Wednesday, August 9th, 2006 at 6:00 pm at the Brookland Baptist Convention Center at 1066 Sunset Blvd, (Hwy 378)). Many of us live in his district and we should represent a diverse audience. There will be representatives from the SC Hispanic Leadership Council, Hispanic Democrats of SC and Coalition for New South Carolinians. The religious community of South Carolina and other interested citizens should also be represented.  The eyes and ears of all South Carolina should be in the audience when such issues are discussed.

Let's plan to have a large visible group.
