Mixing humor, information, time to share ideas, and a call to action --The Energy at the Crossroads Tour is on the road to promote sustainable energy -- Green Power, energy efficiency and conservation -- to help stop the plans of major utility corporations to build new coal and new nuclear power reactors in our region! The Tour is also promoting the Energy Future Resolution -- an opportunity for activists to get involved in asking local and state governments to support least-cost energy planning -- where ALL the true costs of an energy source are considered in the approval (or not) of expanding that power base. The Energy at the Crossroads Tour is seeking organizational co-sponsors for these events-- ALL who support a healthy future are welcome! Cosponsors are listed on outreach materials, are invited to speak at the press conference & are welcome to have an information table at the evening forum. There is no fee for co-sponsorship -- however cosponsors are asked to promote the events in the community and to members.
