Dear CPRC:

CPRC was recently a recipient of a grant from the Fund for Southern Communities. Several local grassroots organizations have been past beneficiaries of Fund grants, including the Progressive Network and SCGLPM and many others. Now we have a chance to support the Fund!

I've attached below information about a Trustus benefit performance that I'm hosting on Feb 8. It's a wonderful play called "Intimate Apparel ." Cost is $30. I hope a number of you can come. The development director of the Fund is planning to attend, so this would be a great opportunity for you to meet with someone from a foundation-- a foundation that has consistently supported grassroots social justice work in our area.

If you would like to purchase tickets, please let me know. If you can't attend, please consider making a donation. This is the first fundraising event the Fund has had in the Columbia area in over ten years. I'd really like to pack the house and show the Fund our gratitude for their past and continued support of our work.
