"At a luncheon in North Charleston on Monday, Graham framed the energy plan as a potential cash cow for the state and said that the Savannah River Site in Aiken -- upstream of the county's primary source of drinking water -- would be an ideal site for a new nuclear recycling center, The Charleston Post and Courier reported."

Help stop dumping of high-level nuclear waste in South Carolina via Grhams plan to make SRS a reprocessing site!  A draft EIS (Environmental Impact Statement ) is scheduled to come out on the reprocessing (Global Nuclear Enery Partnership) scheme in September or so and a meeting on the draft would follow in N.
